Description
This workshop is designed for team members to create and work within a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace environment. It promotes courage in reporting incidents, caring for one another, and doing what it takes to prevent and address bullying and harassment.
You can expect to be reminded of linkages to your organisation’s values and what constitutes above and below the line behaviours in your organisation.
Learning Outcomes
Your participation in this workshop will enable you to:
- define ‘bullying’ and ‘harassment’ and recognise the differences
- be aware of what is or is not appropriate behaviour in your organisation - above and below the line – and the link to your organisation’s Values
- engage with your organisation’s relevant policies, and recognise the link with your health and safety obligations
- understand the importance of raising issues for a safe working environment
- develop a tool kit of strategies to respond to incidents of inappropriate behaviour – how to speak up and who to go to for help or to raise an issue.
