Description
This workshop will explain the concepts and applicability of the Agile project management approach to planning and developing projects. It focuses on understanding the terminology and uses of the framework. The workshop compares the use of Agile tools and a hybrid method to plan and implement projects.
This workshop is for those who have, or are about to have, responsibility for sponsoring projects, or are in the role of approving project expenditure or overseeing a project. It assumes that you may have exposure to more traditional, predictive project methods but have no previous formal training in Agile methods. While software projects will be discussed, the focus is on how Agile methods can apply to most projects.
