A competency framework is a structure that defines individual competencies required by employees in their roles. It provides a:

  • structured approach to identifying and developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for employees to perform effectively
  • consistent standard across the organisation of ‘what good likes like’
  • strong foundation for recruitment and performance management processes, leadership development, talent and succession planning.

We will work with you to co-create a simple and straightforward leadership or technical competency framework. We'll also help with a communication and implementation plan.
