Trish Lui
Coach/Consultant/Facilitator, Wellington
Trish is a highly experienced learning and development consultant, facilitator and coach, with over 20 years’ experience. She works with a wide range of people and organisations across all sectors, mainly in New Zealand, as well as some off-shore.
Trish facilitates numerous team development workshops and leadership development programmes and does one-on-one executive coaching with leaders from senior management through to front-line. She is currently a facilitator on the Aspire Women’s Leadership Development Programme, and on the Leadership Fundamentals Programme run through Wellington Uni-Professional (Victoria University).
One of the biggest learnings in her life has been through her marriage to her husband, Holona, who is New Zealand-born Niuean. This has led to Holona and Trish working together in a specialist part of their business on cross-cultural communication and effectiveness. They deliver workshops on Cultural Competence, Leading Culturally Diverse Teams and Engaging with Pasifika.
Trish loves being outdoors and keeping fit and is a former runner, who is now a keen walker. Her passion and interest in high performance sport has involved supporting their children at international events around the world.
