The Co-operative Bank is a New Zealand registered bank, owned by its member/customers.  It has 330 staff across 35 branch and Head Office locations.

In 2016 ODI developed, administered and reported an online Culture Survey across 90% of the bank’s workforce.  We supported the development of an interviews process that was administered across the selected 10% of the workforce.

The online survey achieved a creditable 70% response rate; supported by ODI email invitations to participate, reminders for non-respondents and a Helpdesk service.

In 2017 ODI developed, administered, analysed and reported an online Pulse Survey across the bank’s workforce to supplement the bank’s annual Engagement Survey.

The online survey achieved a very high 84% response rate; supported by ODI email invitations to participate, reminders for non-respondents and a Helpdesk service.

Survey analysis and reporting included demographic splits, Multiple Regression Analysis to identify they key factors influencing the Engagement scores, and comparisons to two prior Engagement surveys.
