“We were very happy to have Kyran and his team in our organisation. Developing leaders and leadership competencies is a priority for us. The workshops, the workplace application tools and especially the buddy system all meshed together nicely to give us a complete learning package. I feel that the whole programme has brought us closer together as a team.” (Lindsay McKenzie, CEO)

Management Group Leadership Development Programme

People received individual feedback about their report findings.

A leadership programme was then designed and delivered.
