We've partnered with Grow Mid Canterbury to bring a series of leadership courses to Ashburton as a unique opportunity for Mid Canterbury people to develop their leadership capability in their local environment.
The programme includes a number of one and two-day courses delivered by first class presenters who are leadership experts in their specific fields, and who have proven track records of delivering high quality training programmes.
“I’ve been a regular client of ODI over quite a few years now and have attended their short courses and seminars. Their presenters are world class. I really recommend ODI’s courses if you’d like to better yourself and discover some outstanding stuff that will help you in your business and life. The content and presentation are just not to be missed! Every business owner in Mid Canterbury should push themselves and their staff to go to as many of these courses as they can.”
Neil Pluck, Managing Director, Plucks Engineering
"Federated Farmers contracted ODI in 2012 to develop and deliver a two-day course as part of our recurring leadership development programme. The Advocacy, Influence, Outcomes course is targeted at regional and sector farming leaders. It builds their effectiveness in collaborative decision making in the work we do with many other industries, organisations and rural groups. In the time that I’ve worked with ODI, I have been impressed with their professionalism, the quality of the content they deliver, the calibre of their presenters and the ‘down to earth’ manner in which they engage in the learning process. Our people are clearly demonstrating what they’ve learned and as a result, we are experiencing good results in the work they do for Federated Farmers and their rural communities.”
Jeremy Blandford, General Manager Sales and Marketing, Federated Farmers of NZ
“ATS have had a number of managers attend ODI’s Self-Aware Leader course. We find it beneficial for staff development and the business. The feedback that I have received from those that attended is that it provides them with a greater understanding of themselves and how this influences the staff they are leading and managing within the business. From this I see managers grow in confidence in their own ability to meet our expectations as a business.”
Jono Pavey, General Manager Operations, Ashburton Trading Society
