Workplace Application Tool (WAT): a reflective practice tool for you to take an idea, tool or method from a workshop and apply it in a disciplined way at work, including sharing and evaluating with your line manager/coach and review of improved results achieved. Action Learning Tool (ALT): a reflective practice tool for use by a small group focused on a specific workplace process, project or event; the tool monitors, shares, supports and reviews new learning by each individual from the group process/project/event.
