Support for changing skills and behaviours at work that improve business results is central to what we do. We have developed unique tools that really help - used with coaching support from line managers, our facilitators or external coaches.

Workplace Application Tool (WAT): a reflective practice tool for you to take an idea, tool or method from a workshop and apply it in a disciplined way at work, including sharing and evaluating with your line manager/coach and review of improved results achieved. Persistent use of the WAT leads to  developing the reflective practice habit - the hallmark of great leadership.

Action Learning Tool (ALT): a reflective practice tool for use by a small group focused on a specific workplace process, project or event; the tool monitors, shares, supports and reviews new learning by each individual from the group process/project/event. Persistent use of the ALT leads to  developing the reflective practice habit - the hallmark of great leadership.

SOAR Leadership Develpment Plan: a planning tool to focus leaders on three leadership development goals to work on; helps them to prioritise their leadership development efforts and helps their line manager/coach to support them; based on positive organisation psychology.
