Leah believes that understanding or defining your Why, What, and How (ie Purpose and Strategy) is critical to building a values-based, customer-centric organisation, or when leading a transformational programme of work - but it’s just the start. Knowing how to tactically implement and align the organisation, while preserving or building the culture and values of the organisation, is the key. Leah has built a successful reputation for her work in the design and delivery of strategy, people and culture development, and transformational change through her vast experience of having worked at a senior level, across many industries, domestically and internationally.
Her work has included advising to the Malaysian Government on the development of a multipurpose smart card and payment strategy; leading the strategy, design and delivery of the Save the Children Intl’s psycho-social response to the Canterbury Earthquake; designing the strategy and leading the operational transition of a privately-owned company to a corporate-owned business unit.
