Sarah McGuinness

Facilitator/Coach

Sarah McGuinness has more than 10 years of experience working in corporate, government and community-based organisations in New Zealand and Australia. Her roles have spanned communications, organisation development and lifestyle education, and her expertise is in supporting people through change.

She has held senior positions in leadership and capability development and has had extensive experience building competent and confident leaders through various programmes and interventions. She has coached leaders of all levels through issues including personal development, interpersonal conflict and team development, and was integral to the design and delivery of a new leaders' programme awarded for its innovation.

In a coaching capacity, Sarah works closely with clients to develop realistic and achievable goals that will make a tangible difference to their work and wellbeing. Her approach is evidence-based and strengths-based, and follows the established principles of coaching.

Sarah is also a registered exercise consultant with the New Zealand Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS), trained in chronic care management and has a strong interest in behaviour that promotes wellbeing.
