Most leadership programmes seek to enhance organisational performance. This programme differs in that its focus is on ‘sustained performance'. It uses approaches drawn from current leadership thinking, suited to the new world order.
We take a multi-stakeholder, longer-term view of organisation success; one that recognises the organisation's people as well as its interconnectedness with its external communities and the physical and biological environment.
This programme is for middle or senior corporate managers, or directors, owners or managers of SMEs, who are either new to a tactical or strategic level leadership role and seek an opportunity to develop sound leadership behaviours, or who are more experienced and seek validation and further enhancement of their leadership practice.
The programme is founded on five key themes, a leadership model, and a core set of leadership behaviours.
The programme outlined here consists of 16 and a half workshop days, delivered over a few months, with coaching support throughout, and preceded by completion of a 360o review. The duration, content and structure of the programme can be adapted to suit your organisation's needs and can incorporate your organisation’s unique leadership competencies.
The facilitators on this programme are nationally and internationally recognised subject experts in the leadership and management domain, with both academic and consulting experience.
